The whole point of this is...

...a free, secure and useful platform which can be leveraged.

Full stop.

Ok, some more details: Without a big commercial background. Without the urgent need to make profit. We think that this is important, because otherwise you find all Starbucks and big fast food restaurants, but not the best restaurant with real handmade food. or regarding privacy. We respect your privacy and our opinion is this: Where you or your friend are is a very sensitive information and should be kept private. One reason why we are supporting offline blogging - post all your stuff AFTER your holidays, this saves costs and your privacy!

Regarding leveraging: My navigation system knows several points of interests nearby, but it does not give me background information. It is limited to mainstream stuff, no children's playground around. No reviews. No events dependent on a particular time like annual events. Usability must be for everybody, not only for nerds and geeks or for users with the latest smartphones. And this is the hard part, where we want to know your opinion, where we ask for your help.
